Avid is operated by Russ Darling who has over 25 years of experience in insurance claim investigations, including recorded statements, scene documentation / canvass, signed disclosures, the review of police / fire reports, and interviewing witnesses and others with fruitful knowledge of the alleged loss. Russ has worked hundreds of claimed losses over the years, including auto theft, property, claimed burglaries, vandalism, flood, and fire. Additionally, Russ has expertise in assisting attorneys, corporations and private individuals with their investigative needs, to include recorded statements, document retrieval, scene photography, and the location of witnesses and assets.
