The Services (expertise) We Provide
The investigation of Property and Casualty Claims: Russ has over 20 years of experience in such work for insurance company SIU’s, third party administrators and privately insured entities. Russ’ expertise in this area includes canvassing and photographing the loss and recovery scenes, thoroughly interviewing the Insured, NISP, witnesses, and others as necessary, and obtaining proof of purchase / verification of ownership regarding property claimed in the loss. Additional work we do on such claims includes obtaining signed disclosures, securing copies of police and fire reports, analyzing call records, securing additional receipts or other proof of ownership of property listed in the claim, and conducting follow-up investigation. This includes conducting a second interview with the Insured or NISP to address information developed after the initial interviews, as well as reviewing certain records / documentation obtained during the investigation.
The investigation of: Workers’ Compensation Injury Claims (AOE / COE). Russ Darling has many years of experience conducting such work for insurance companies, self-insureds and third-party administrators. This includes the interviewing of claimants, witnesses, employers and managers, as well as other individuals with fruitful knowledge of the alleged injury, obtaining the first report of injury, a medical authorization, and other documents pertaining to the claim.
Civil and Legal Investigations: Russ has many years of experience serving attorneys and corporate clients. Such work has included locating individuals, property, vehicles, the interviewing of parties to disputes, civil suits, and business dealings, and searching for assets and property owned. Mortgage Insurance Investigations: Such investigations include a thorough review of the original loan package documents, and photographs / inspection of the subject property, as well as the interviewing of individuals as directed at case assignment. If so requested, interviews occur with the borrower(s), seller, individuals lending funds to the borrower(s) to facilitate the original transaction, as well as others involved in the loan transaction. Russ has over tens-years experience in such investigations.
